Sky Studios Elstree shortlisted for Studio of The Year at the Global Production Awards 2024

Sky Studios Elstree has been shortlisted for the prestigious Studio of the Year award, part of the Global Production Awards.

This year, the organizers received an unprecedented number of submissions, and we're thrilled to be among the final contenders. The shortlist highlights exceptional achievements in the industry, with a special emphasis on sustainability.

Through the awards entry, we called out the work we are doing to set new industry standards for sustainability, accessibility, and fostering talent, alongside maintaining the highest standards for production facilities worldwide. This includes the fact that our studio leads the charge with the most ambitious sustainability goals globally. The site is powered by 100% renewable energy, a majority of which comes from the 3-acres of solar panels across our rooftops, with rainwater harvesting, LED lighting, EV charging points and an all-electric operations vehicle fleet, we ensure that every aspect of our studio treads lightly on the planet.

The winners will be announced at an awards ceremony in May and we're keeping our fingers crossed.
